John Panebianco is a resident of Greenbriar Oceanaire. He has been a licensed real-estate professional since 1997. He enjoy working with people that are relocating to the shore area, and takes a special interest in those clients that are relocating to one of the many Active Adult Communities in our area and in helping them to realize what a spectacular area that this is to begin a new chapter of their lives.
Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, growing up in Paterson where he attended local schools and colleges and was a Commissioner on the Youth Guidance and Recreation Commission for the City of Paterson.
Prior to relocating to the Jersey shore area, he and his wife Susan resided in Oakland, New Jersey where the raised their daughter Nicole and son Timothy.
He retired after nearly 42 years of service with New Jersey’s largest gas and electric utilities. During his career, he was assigned to various offices in the Passaic, Bergen and Essex county areas. He is also a US Army Reserve veteran. Former member of United Association of Plumbers and Pipefitters, Locals 274 and 855.
He also maintains memberships with the New Jersey and National Association of Realtors. He also associated with the Monmouth and Ocean and Jersey Shore Multiple listing services.
Other affiliations include National Fire Protection Association (past member), Department of Environmental Protection Refrigerant Certification, Business Performance Institute Building Analyst Professional Certification, Business Performance Institute Building Envelope Professional Certification. He is a Certified Building Energy analyst through the Building Performance Institute.
John is a member of the Lacey Elks lodge and is also actively involved with Greenbriar Oceanaire Board of directors, serving as Chairman of the Facilities committee.
